I have been trying to contact Jeff Shively for about a week and a half through email to ask a question about my 65. I have no had a reply back. I feel like the emails may not be getting to him.

Here is the question. I see that the phone numbers are listed. Is it ok to call without prior contact? I don't want to be presumptuous and just assume that he would help. I guess I am asking if these guys expect calls?

I can't speak for them individually, but I don't see why they wouldn't.  That is why their phone numbers are published.

Be sure to call between 6:00pm and 7:30pm local time when your more likely to catch them at home.  ;)

I know Bruce (Modified Chapter Director) loves talking on the phone.  Just make sure you call during his correct time and understand Aussie.
