My steering wheel center on my 66 Sedan looks terrible and I have been able to find another one that is like new . Can anyone tell me how to remove it ? Thanks in advance for your help .

To quote the shop manual, "Remove cap from horn control shroud by prying off carefully". Not kidding, Chapter 9 - Page 24.

The steering wheel center medallion on the 63's and 64's is held on via two pressure clips on the side and you do just as indicated...gently pry it off. I always use a long thin screwdriver being careful not to nick the chrome.
