Seating surfaces could be in cloth, leather, or vinyl. It depended on the year and model.

Series 62 cars had vinyl and cloth. de Ville and Fleetwoods had leather and cloth. Eldorados had leather and vinyl. One could order all-leather, but that also included the use of vinyl in certain areas.

If you can be more specific on the year and model, someone can give you a better idea.

As for power windows and seats, they were first offered in, I believe, 1947 and were a (somewhat troublesome and prone to leak) combination of electric and hydraulic called Hydro-Lectric which also operated the top on convertibles. The seat, by the way, was only two-way at that time. In the mid-'50's, the operation became all-electric and the seat went to four-way, then six-way.

And, as with the seat materials, the power accessories depended on the model. Series 62 - all optional. de Ville - power windows and 2 way power seat. Fleetwoods and Eldorados, even power vents, etc... Many people think that all those features were standard, but some Cadillacs could be pretty basic, too.

Eldorados would be all leather, including the door panels, rear side panels, and arm rests. Series 62 / deVilles would have leather seat facings with vinyl on the bolsters and the rest of the interior vinyl.

Thanks for the prompt answers, the model in question is the 62.

On a typical Series 62, the bolster would be vinyl, and the insert would be cloth. The bolster is the pattern along the edges of the seating surface, where your thighs and shoulders would be. The insert is the design part in the middle - location for buns and lower back. Lower side surfaces of the seat would also be vinyl, as would the door panels, including armrests.

On a series 62, crank windows were standard, power windows were optional. Power vents were optional beyond the regular windows. Two way manual seat was standard, 6-way power seat optional.
