Raritan River Region Show at Gold Coast Cadillac (Oakhurst, NJ) - Sept 12

** ALL MAKES AND MODELS WELCOME! **

Gold Coast Cadillac-Hummer, New Jersey's premiere Cadillac Dealer, and the Raritan River Region, Cadillac & LaSalle Club proudly announce a liaison to produce one of the greatest old car events in New Jersey History.  On Sunday, September 12, 2010 a special presentation will take place at Gold Coast's ultra-modern facility located at 2123 Highway 35, Oakhurst NJ.  Cars from the earliest years of self-propulsion right up to the modern screaming machines guaranteed to amaze the motoring public will be on display.  Registration before Monday August 30, 2010 is $15.00, at the gate $20.00.  First 100 pre-registered cars will receive a commemorative dash plaque.  DJ and entertainment will be provided.  Food will be available.  Spectator admission and parking is FREE!

Legal Stuff:
* All cars on the show field must be accompanied by a working fire extinguisher at all times.  No exceptions.
* No pets of any kind on the show field.
* Registration begins at 9 am and will continue to noon.
* Club Judging (Cadillacs only) will begin at 11 am; Peer Judging (all others) will begin upon arrival.
* All makes, models and years are welcome.
* This is a rain or shine event.  No refunds.

Our pre-registration deadline has been EXTENDED to Tuesday, September 7.

So, before you dig out your suntan lotion and towel and head to the shore for Labor Day Weekend, put your check in the mail!  Of course, day-of-show entrants are welcome, too!

The show is open to ALL makes and models, so tell you friends who drive non-Cadillacs to join us in Oakhurst, NJ for all the fun!

Well, Mother Nature didn't give the Raritan River Region CLC a break - the rain came just as predicted!  Yet, despite the poor forecast, we had over 30 Cadillacs & LaSalles turn out for our 1st show at Gold Coast Cadillac, of Oakhurst, NJ.  To give you an idea of what we had on the show field:
* 1911 Model 30 - frequently used on long-distance tours
* 1930 Dual Cowl Phaeton - owned by the current owner for 31 years
* 1956 Eldorado convertible - a Self Starter cover car
* 1957 Eldorado Brougham

Our local newspaper, The Asbury Park Press, was on had to record the event.....
