My series of oil and transmission leaks started again this year after a 3 year hiatus of blessedly dry garage floors.  I replaced my oil & transmission pan gaskets and was amazed that I still had a small transmission leak.  It turned out that, as my brother the mechanic said, "oil finds the least path of resistance and then leaks at that next weakest point." So there are 2 gaskets aft of the transmission in the extension housing that mate to the rear transmission pump housing.  They had been RTVed heavily, and now that the rest of the oil and transmission seals were squared away, they started to leak.  If you run into this problem, contact Dave at http://www.autotran.us/hmparts1.html in Massachusetts west of Boston.  He has about anything that you need for a tranny rebuild.  My partner in this mission is as always, Ocean Air Auto Repair in Virginia Beach, ]http://www.oceanairtirepros.com/index.htm].  There is always something else to be done when you're a custodian of these vehicles!  Stay dry and enjoy the coming Fall weather!
