During a discussion with other members the question came up whether or not a member's family automatically becomes members of THE CADILLAC & LASALLE CLUB.  To what extent can they, if they are considered members, be elected as a director or officer? I do understand there will be only one vote for the member of record in accord with Article II, Section l but can they (family members) be nominated for office?  Interesting?  EAM

I think he got the membership and voting eligibility answered Geoff, EAM cited the Article and Section. But the only thing stated as to nomination for election to office is to be "a member in good standing". So, the spouse/significant other and/or resident minors are "members by decree". If they are in good standing are they eligible for nomination to office?
