I am restoring a 1956 biarritz and was wondering if you can use
A 1956 seville as a parts car for the restoration.

Only if you ask your mum and she is cool with it . . . ;)
Oh . . .   do you mean "Can you use parts from the Seville for the Biarritz ??". Absolutely . Heaps of usable spares though it is handy to have an interchange manual handy as I just found out trying to use a 57 Seville trunk hinge on my  Biarritz.
