So I easily siphoned the gas out of my 59 Cadillac and then tried to siphon the gas out of my 94 Fleetwood but had no luck.  I figured that I just had a low grade pump so I headed to the auto store and purchased a better pump.  I had no luck  with the new pump either.  I was told by someone that some cars have a screen or a ball down the neck that prevents anyone from siphoning the gas. I was wondering if this applies to my 1994 Cadillac.
Thanks

Dont know.   Is the internal pump dead?   On efi cars if the pump works I just take the line apart at a filter and let the pump empty the tank.   If the pump isnt working you can usually get most of the fuel out through the return line.   Usually the return line is at about the same level as the pickup in the tank.
