Much of the literature for the 1938 Cadillacs describes as 60 Series the cars we know as 61 Series. We think that all except the 6019S were tagged as either 6119, 6127, 6149 or 6167, etc., on the body plate. Does anyone have a car that has a 60 Series designation on the plate, other than a 60 Special? If so, I would like a photo of the tag or a body number in an effort to document whether early cars were so tagged. Paul Ayres #5640.
