Is there an OBD1 scanner that can help with engine repairs, e.g., setting the voltage on the throtle position switch in 1988-92 Cadillac Broughams?

You can us a volt meter tapped into the correct wires on the tps, plenty of info out there on the exact connections. Or use the obd system,  a site search here may have it or caddyinfo.com

Thanks for the advice.  I will try to find the right connections in the manual.  I did try a search for the OBD1 here and got no results.
