Hub Cap Identification?

Can anyone identify the hubcap below?  Had in Garage forever and no clue what it goes to.  One of those pot hole road side freebies if I recall......it's in real nice shape as you can see, and the center medallion is virtually NOS looking.  Very minor road rash on one small portion, and what looks to be a slightly pushed in section but not dented........any ideas? ??? ???

I wonder how many came with those vs. wire covers?   I can only ever remember seeing one with those lately, most survivors seem to be wires.
