62 wondshield interchange

Does a windshield from a 62 cpe or sdn fit a 62 fltw also. Thanks to all. Art#22010.

Yes, they do.  Coupe and sedan are the same, convertible is different.  I believe it also interchanges with Chev and Buick also.  I'll have to find a NAGS catalog to confirm the interchange.

Hi Art and Dan,
Yes, the Fleetwoods (8 window), 4 dr 6 window sedans are the same in 62 only
4 dr 4 window and coupes are the same in '62 only
Not all full size GMs work though.

So: 4w=4 Window, 6w=6 Window  (I believe sedan means post sedan, since they list 4dr 4 w as different)
These are the same -
Buick - 61 Hardtop,  61-62 Sedan  and wagon
62 LeSabre & Invicta 4dr HT, 62 Electra 4d 6w Hardtop

Cad - 61 coupe and 4d 4w; 62 4d 6w and 4d 8w

Chev - 61 sedan, hardtop and wagon, 62 Biscayne and Bel Air , 62 Impala wagon

Ollds -  61 hardtop, 61-62 Sedan and wagon, 62 98 4d 6w, 62 "88" 4 dr Hardtop

Pontiac 61 sedan,  hardtop and wagon; 62 2 door sedan and 4 door

Well,I think I got it.  Not knowing if my windshield came out of a 62 sdn dev. Or a cpe dev., it should fit right into a fleetwood 60 special of the same year, correct. Thanks again fellas.
