TORQUE SETTINGS - 1983 ENGINE

Can some kind person tell me the torque settings for 1983 4.1 litre cylindr head? Thank you.

From the '84 Manual, as I don't have a, '83 one, but they should be the same.

All bolts in the below sequence to 45 ft. lbs
Then all bolts to 90 ft. lbs

             -------------------------
              7     6     1     5     8      Inboard

             10    3     2     4     9      Outboard
            ------------------------

But there is no mention of whether the threads require oiling or dry in the text describing the process, but lightly oiled threads is mentioned in the Torque Specifications Page..
