Series 62 - 1959 convertible

I have a friend who's dad has passed and left a '59 convertible in the estate. She claims he was the original owner and I've seen some pics. It's red with a white interior and no visible rust. She's looking for a ball park value because she wants to buy it from the estate. I'd say from the limited info I have that it's a solid 3 car. I'm saying $25,000-30,000 is fair. Am I wrong?

2012 Collector Car Guide by Ron Kowalke published by Krause publications puts the # 4 car in the 25000 ball park the #3 car is over double that.
