My 40 LaSalle body is at the painters ( probably be there awhile )
I had an interesting conversation with the painter that had me thinking.
So I thought I would throw it out for discussion or re-discussion as so many topics are done on this forum

RM, PPG, and DuPont all make a formula for #7 Beaver Brown Iridescent,
They are only available in Base / Clear

So the topic, Do I get something close in a single stage to more closely match the original paint?
Do I go with the base / clear for easier repair?

Or for the big question Do I go with a Water Born System, Looking forward to a day when solvent base paints will not be available?

On side note I am not sure I like the gold / brown original color, whats the consensus on color change

Thanks in advance
