Does anyone have an original interior in either a 1940 Cadillac or LaSalle convertible coupe (40-5267 or 40-6267)?  I am restoring a Cadillac 40-6267 where most of the interior is completely gone so I have no original material to copy.  It does not matter if the interior parts are out of the car or not.  I am looking to get some detail pictures plus some measurement between door panel ribs and panel spacing on the seats.

Thanks Bob.  I now have good patterns for the seats, rear carpet, and rear interior quarter panels.  The only major item I think I need now is the door panel.  I have the covering from a redone one but would still like to find an original.  I am probably still missing some small pieces in the area where the top goes down.  When I am done with these I will not throw anything away.  If anyone would like to copy the originals after I am done I will pass these on to the next person.

Hello Brad

Please hold on to them. I hope your patterns will work for my 1939 5029. My car is disassembled. I'm in the interview process of my restoration. It looks like I will forgo retirement to finish this car. In an old Self-Starter I read that owning a Cadillac was the penalty of leadership. Matt Larson also  reminds me that it is LaSalle number 185 of 185. Thanks
All good men own a Cadillac but great gentlemen drive a LaSalle. That is the consequence of success.
