Under category "1941 Brakes sticking" .....in 2005 Bill Sullivan wrote" bleed hole must be open. I am having a similar locking brake problem - .
Question: Two holes can be seen when viewing into the reservoir through the fill hole...one is about 1/4", the other looks about 1/8...should BOTH be clear straight through from the reservoir to the piston bore? What size is the smaller bleed hole?

Yes. You need to pay close attention to Bills post above and adjust the rod P with the nut U and Clevis V as per shop manual.
