Hello Everyone.

My car went through it's NZ compliance check today.  I identified most of the faults so there weren't too many surprises aside from an idler bush which I have already ordered and some arguably low brake shoes.

I looked on the web today but had great difficulty locating a supplier for brake shoes.  Can someone recommend a supplier of reasonable quality shoes, preferably already rivited?

Don't know if it makes a difference but the vehicle is a base model 4 door.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Mike.

I had a look at Kanter's but all I can find is a master and deluxe brake kit.  Does anyone just sell the fitted shoes?

If you have the shoes White Post restorations does a great job relining them, and arc grinding the linings based on drum oversize.  Kanter's shoes are not the best quality linings based on the ones I have used on customers cars.

Thanks Dave.

I will contact them.
