All,

When I try to blow the horn on my new purchase all I get is a swith clicking, albeit the relay.

From your experience, does the relay need to be fixed or replaced or ??

Please advise.

You need to first find where the problem is, the relay will click if the horns them selfs are at fault or there is a break in the supply to them,  the clicking usually means everything is OK from your button to that point, if you have power coming out the relay at the horn wire when you press the button its a horn problem but you need to make sure the wire are connected properly. You may have a break in the power supply to the horns, this is different than the circuit to the horn button. Is there a fuse fitted?
Some knowledge of how these relays work helps.

Thanks.  I will check the lines as you suggest.  And, no, I really do not know how the relays work.  I am just beginning to learn.

Quick way to check horn would be to use your battery charger to test horn. If horn sounds, work backwards as previous mentioned... John Lehman.... CLC#26365...
