Anyone know where I can get 2 inch Whitewalls?

Last November I bought a 1976 Eldorado Convertible and before I picked it up, the guy put four new Mastercraft tires on but they are only 1 inch whitewalls.  Started cleaning it up today and found the original (I guess) Uniroyal LR-78-15 tire as spare in trunk with 2 inch whitewall.  Anyone know where you can get the 2 inch whitewall anymore?

I recently put Runway Enduro 1 1/2 inch whitewalls on my 1977 Coupe Deville but would like 2 inch for Eldorado.

I had bad luck with Runway's turning yellow.

I think you actually want a 1.6 inch whitewall.  Try Coker or Diamondback classics.

To agree with Brian, the only wider whitewalls now available are from one of the vintage tire companies. Modern manufacturers are scaling back production of whitewall tires in general. Two of the best companies for modern radial whitewalls in the 1/2 to 3/4 inch range are Kumho and Hankook, both Korean manufacturers. I agree the wider whitewall does look great on the Eldorado. - Greg

Yes Coker tires is the place I bought a new set for my 77 Coupe De Ville and I am Very Very pleased.

You are correct, they are 1.6 whitewalls.
