I am looking to replace the rubber fuel line that goes from the main steel line to the fuel pump on a 1958 Cadillac. No parts supplier seems to carry any such thing. The closest line at NAPA is too long. This line is driving me crazy! Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks

Bob,

From the AACA site, Donal_G posted the following;

CADILLAC

NAPA part # OEM part #
1941 - 48 WH 11076 1442527, 1451365
1949 - 58 WH 11093 145497

Thanks J! I had checked with NAPA and the product came back as 18" and the original is around 12" - 13". Will the one from NAPA be too long, and get in the way of fan belts & fan?

I got them from NAPA and they are the correct length, Weatherhead lines.  I have the part # at home.

Walter can you check if the part number is:  WH 11093

That would be a great help to see if the same part that I had NAPA look up for me.  Thanks!

That number sounds very familiar but I can't attest to it right now.  I will say this much:  I found an NOS AC line at Carlisle years ago and installed it on my car.  In less than a week, the ethanol-laced "gas" started to deteriorate the rubber.  Since I installed the new Weatherhead, I've had no problems with today's fuel.

Do yourself a favor--order 2 so you have a spare.

Some, not all, NAPA stores can make up a rubber line according to Weatherhead (WH) specifications if you give them the WH part number.
