Cadillac dealer option spoked wheels, circa 1935

These wheels were a dealer installed Cadillac option, approximately 1934 - 1937.  They appear to be 48 spoke wheels, and I know of someone very interested in obtaining more of them.  Does anyone know who made the wheels?  Does anyone have any for sale?  Thanks.

I can't tell from your picture. Does the wheel have notches in the center lip for a twist-lock hub cap ?

Yes, it does have those notches.  The hubcap is put on, and about a 1/8th turn (approximately) is made to lock it in place.

I've had several sets of those wheels, but they are long gone. They are 32/33 all series & 34 to 37 V16. I would say they were made by Kelsey-Hayes but I'm not sure. The MPB doesn't show them for the 34-37 V-16, but I'm sure they could be SO' d or dealer installed. Sure are pretty wheels...

Thanks, Bob.  They were photographed on a '37 V-16 convertible coupe, incidentally.  The gentleman would like to find four sets of these... I suggested he have them made up, but perhaps he's looking for original parts.
