Hello,  I noticed at Hershey that some tan convertible tops for the 1941 Series 62 had the red ribbing on the  top and some had the tan on tan ribbing.  Does anyone know which one is authentic?  Thanks.  J Smith

It's called piping. In 41 & other years, the top & boot were piped to match the interior color. While you're at it, check into the 1/2 round chrome trim strips that were also on new cars. This topic has been recently discussed. Also be advised that no snaps showed on the sides of the top.
