Can you please identify the year and body series for these trunk hinges?

Full length (top and bottom attached is 7 7/8 inches.
Top piece length (bottom flat edge to edge) is 2 1/4 inches.

The top piece is LH T-14217 Holes are spaced 1 1/4 inches center to center.
Bottom piece is LH 14227 Holes are spaced 2 3/4 inches center to center.

Top piece is RH T-14216
Bottom piece is RH T-14226

Hope someone can tell us what body this is for, and validate the year. They are beautiful but I can't use them on my 1937 75/85 series.

Thank you for your efforts,

Hello Gene,
Thank you for looking. Good idea. Here is a photo of the unknown Series set of hinges.

Ty,

These look exactly like the trunk hinges on my '42 series 75.  The look is right and the length and hole to hole dimensions you give are spot on.  However, I can't validate the numbers you give as I can't find any numbers on mine.  I have a set off the car I'm comparing them to that I believe to be original and I can't find any numbers on them at all.  I can find "LH" and "RH" markings in the castings.

Let me give you the interchange info on these in case they turn out to be the same hinge:

Part numbers: 4089541 (right side) and 4089542 (left side)

1937:  5011, 5019, 6019
1938:  5011, 5019, 6019S, 6119, 6519, 6519F, 75 (except 7557, 7557B, 7567), 90 (except 9057, 9057B, 9067)
1939:  5011, 5011A, 5019, 5019A, 5029, 60S, 6119, 6119A, 6129,
            75 (except 7557, 7557B, 67), 90 (except 9057, 9057B, 9067)
1940:  5011, 5011A, 5019, 5019A, 5029, 60S, 72,
            75 (except 7557, 7557B, 67), 90 (except 9057, 9057B, 9067)
1941:  60S, 75
1942 - 49:  75

Hello Jeff,
We thank you so much for the information you provided. My hinges are marked very clearly. Infact, if you can enlarge my photo you can read the markings on the cross bar area and also see the LH or RH mark. I don't know how to do the cross over numbering though because I don't have a book that would list the numbers. Perhaps someone on here can do that for us.
Thank you,

Hello Jeff,
Does this mean that if my hinges are the same part numbers you gave me as being the same for your '42 series 75, that these will fit any of those years and specific series you listed?

They fit, among other applications, 1941 6019S (60 Special). I need a pair, what do you want for them?

Hello Virgil,
Sorry that did not work out. I may have over priced them trying to recoup some of my expenses. I would like to offer them to anyone now for $300.
