With the 4x4 though atleast you can hide it further out in the woods, so nobody has to see it.

Hopefully that was the look the person was going for.   I have seen 4wd car conversions that barely raised the ride height which is what I would do if I did such a thing.   That looks like they just spaced the body up till it sat level on the stock dodge frame.
