well I installed my dual 22 inch smithys with the 30 inch bellflowers what a great sounding music to my ears . I live on this big mountain around 3000 feet elevation when I drive down I have to keep it in second drive gear what a great rapping sound then I throw it into lo gear and FORGETTERABOUTIT ,,,,I kept the resonators just in case I sell the seville or maybe ill sell them.

Congratulations on getting the desired "note".

Don't forget that there is nothing better for any exhaust note as an engine with Compression.

A 10.5 to 1 Compression engine of the '60's will always give a better note than a lethargic 8.5 to 1 engine of the mid Seventies.

Yeah I do that just for my own head nice and slow absorbing that gurgling sound from the whole system what a team.

Even better with a hot exhaust - drop a gear, kill the engine for a few seconds with the throttle closed, then ignition on, and BANG!
This with only a pair of old glass-packs.

Kids love it, old people are startled, and the cops are a-lookin' around.

Or so I have been told.

used to do that with my mini
only worked with the peashooter exhaust, rev up to 6000,key off for 5 seconds ,key back on and a 2 foot flame out the 1 1/4 '' tailpipe and sounded like a loud shotgun

would love to hear your caddy, can you post a sound clip?

The Tassie Devil(le)

Seen too many Mufflers out of shape doing that.   Especially on Rentals.

I'll have to do that - does the two tin cans and a string do video?
