Is it an original 58 Cadillac engine?

Hard to tell. The oil filter canister is missing on both engines. The general configuration is correct for the time, but it could be a 60 to 62 engine in both cases, or the oil filter was removed in both cases.

Thank you for your reply. The guy said the oil filter located next to the trans. They started  the car. If it is not original I'm not intresting so...

On the first link, there is definitively a '60 to '62 engine, by looking at the choke heater pipe: it's emerging from the manifold cross-over with a short tube going to the choke coil. On original '58 engines, the heater pipe for the choke is coming from the RH exhaust manifold.
On '60 to '62 engines, the full-flow oil filter is located down, on the pasenger side at the rear of the engine (therefore near the transmission...)
