I have seen them on eBay but you would make it in two minutes flat.

John, EGGE machine Co in Calif has gaskets of all kind for your car. The cost would probable be about $22.00 with shipping. Like Steave said you could make your own in 15 min. for about $3.00. The PH# for EGGE is 1-800-866-egge.

They're readily available from a number of sources, but you wind up paying shipping usually and then your paying a lot for a gasket.  With the simple, external gaskets like these it's best just to get a roll of gasket material (just don't get stuff that's way too thick or thin) and a set of hole cutting punches from harbor freight and have at it.  Chances are you'll be making more gaskets, so the 8 or 10 bucks for the hole cutting punches is worth it.  One trick is to put the pan on top of the rolled out gasket material and lightly tap it around the perimeter with a rubber mallet or the palm of your hand.  This will make a light impression of the inner diameter if that doesn't work just mark the inner diameter with chalk or a little grease.  For the outer diameter just trace around it with a pen or pencil...same with the holes.  I always punch the holes first and then cut the gasket's internal and external edges.

Years ago before the days of Hole Punches I was taught how to make the holes in gaskets without special tools, simply lay the gasket material on the metal surface that will take the gasket, and with a small
"ball peen" hammer very lightly tap the gasket where the holes are, the paper will give way around the sharp edge of the hole and pop right out!
