I wonder if anyone can decode the paint and trim numbers for a 1940 Cadillac 40-7567 as shown on picture. Thanks!

Thanks to you all for the clarification of the codes. Remains to be explained what the 13 means. Could it be the color of the convertible top??

Bob, the tail light body arrived safely via Brad Ipsen and has already been repaired and waits for its use toward the end of the restoration.
Still haven't found a pair of decent 60S or 75 chrome bezels, though.
