New trunk spare tire wells

It would be a good idea to measure the size of the deck floor opening. Chevrolet used 6.00-16 tires in those days, which were narrower than the 7.00-15 tires on our Cadillacs.

If we're lucky, the die work was done large enough  to accomodate the Cadillac size tires.

I ginned up a new tire well for my 41-60S a few years ago, and it looks like a blacksmith did it. If one of these wells would fit a Cadillac, I'd get one in a heartbeat, and have it installed in the '41.

You might find other things in the catalogue that these guys put out. I found that they have a couple of he terminal boards that go in the front inner fender for headlight and fog light connections. I haven't seen them anywhere else.

Of course, since I have a '41 Chevy, they have lots of stuff for my car!

Doug. They list the wheel size up to 54 when Chevy used larger tires so should fit a 41 cadde ?
