Doesnt look like the same car to me.
Here is a picture of her and the car. Maybe she owned a few of them.

No, she only owned the one '54 Cadillac convertible... and it wasn't an El Dorado. You can see in the picture you attached, there is no distinctive El Dorado aluminum trim.
