At least it does not appear to have big rust holes, missing fillers, torn up interior.  I see that a lot in my area asking 10K+.

From the looks of the engine bay, I would say its on its second time around.
No air conditioning belt.

Ebay is just full of nuts.
Try searching parts on there . All you get is junk saleman.
