I recently bought a 31 355 Phaeton Fleetwood.  I am trying yo locate where the vin plate is.  I have looked on the Bulkhead, don't see it there.
Can someone help me locate it please.

Hi Tony,
The good news: Welcome to the club.
The bad news: Cadillac did NOT use VIN plates.
The car was originally titled by the motor #. The frame # did NOT match the motor #. What #'s are you using? Does your car have the original motor? Advise.
