Can u identify this part? 76 Eldo

Hi... wondering if anyone can identify this part that I found on my 76 Eldo.  A while ago, I had dropped a nut between the front radiator and the front grille and I found this hard plastic/rubber wedge looking thing it sitting behind the front grille at the bottom.  I have no idea what it's for or where it is supposed to go.  There is a number on it but I'm not sure what it means. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help!  So not sure how to decipher this... My guess would be it is some kind of cushion in the rear bumper?

How do you use the GM Wiki?  I googled it and found it but does it list what old part number are?

In other words, if I have some NOS GM parts laying around and I type in a part number, will this tell me what the part is?

Brian, if you go to the site ,hit search. I then type in the part number. I don't change any other of the drop down windows.
If you click on the page that appears it should show you the part and Group number ,if he has it in his data base.
I ran one today, but the page was a little hard to read.

My '74 Eldorado uses this part in the rear: it's a cushion that goes between the vertical bumper bar and the body.
