A friend of mine wants to buy a used 95 CTS. What should he look for to be sure he will not be sinking a ton of money into it over the next 3 years? Good car recommended?

CTS didn't come out until 2003. Did you mean perhaps a DeVille Sedan?

2005 and up are good years. Took my wife's to 120,000 mi before trading it in. She drove that thing all over creation.
