1976 Eldorado hubcap; black trim paint

I want to find out what type of paint was used to paint the center section of the hubcap. I am referring to the black, satin finish paint applied to the larger center section of the hubcap. Is it lacquer, enamel, acrylic or epoxy? Appreciate any information that can be provided.

It's glossy black.  Any quality gloss black will work.

There are no stupid questions around here.  Any that you see that look satin are just faded.
