Already knew about POR15 from my son but not AutoSol.
The AutoSol is working pretty well but not as good as that front grill posted last week. At least, not yet. A lot more massaging to do.
That POR15 sure does a great job coating what needs to be coated.
Progress is at hand using both.
Thanks for the input.

Just remember that the autosol will only polish what is there. If the Anodizing has been worn or buffed off over the years then all your surface is aluminum. The autosol will get that real clean, but it was never buffed to a high shine to begin with. If the anodizing is gone your grill will be nice and clean but not be glistening like original until reanodized.

Here it is all back together. Original grill and chrome. All polished with Autosol.

Jeff,
Gotcha!!  Thanks.
If push comes to shove what's a round number to expect to pay to have the front end grill re-adonized? Plus would they do it "whole" or would it have to be disassembled.
Thanks again.
