Would anybody happen to know if sedan and coupe rear fenders are interchangable on a 1936 LaSalle?

Steve Passmore

Somehow I doubt it Jim, for a fact the gas filler comes out through the fender on the coupe but not on the sedan, not that this alone would be insurmountable but I'm sure there's a large difference between the rear body shapes.

Hello Jim

Glad to read that you are working on that 1936. I hope to see it in New York next year.

Steve presents a good angle. I will presuppose to say yes. After 10am EST call John Bertolone to be certain
All good men own a Cadillac but great gentlemen drive a LaSalle. That is the consequence of success.

From what I gather the wheelbase is 120" on all models in 1936, so I am hoping that everything on the a sedan ( except the parts that are sedan specific ) will interchange with a coupe or convertible. I found a parts car for my 1936 convertible so I will let you know!

Jim,
All 1935/1936 LaSalle rear  fenders are the same.

I have attached a set of rear fenders from a 1936 sedan to my convertible coupe and they do indeed fit perfectly.
