It is a '56 CDV (56-6237 DX). Looks like car number 10,776 out of 24,086 built.
TRIM 49 = Black Cloth w/ White, Grn & Pink Dots & Pink Leather
PAINT 46-90 = Mountain Laurel body - Alpine White top
ACC EHYS = (E) EZ Eye Glass, (H) Heater, (Y) Posture control seat - 6 Way addition to Std. 4 Way power seat, (S) Remote control deck lid
