Does anyone have any recommendations of a reputable transport company to ship a Cadillac from California to Indiana.
And does anyone have an idea more or less of how much it will cost.

We recently had a PPV Tahoe delivered to us from Tampa, Florida to southeast Houston, Texas.  It looks like they charged right at $0.65/mile.  This was on an open car hauler, though. 

I'd recommend these guys, but they're out of Florida, so I'm not sure they'd make that kind of a haul.
