There is a security certificate that has expired and I am hoping some admin can either fix it or change the link for the michelin.png file so it doesn't point to an https server. Many users are getting errors telling them there is a certificate error every time the michelin ad image loads. It looks like it's easy to fix if someone pays attention.

Does whomever takes care of the site certificate want me to send a reminder next year before this happens again or is that embarrassing?

It did happen last year, I haven't looked to see if it happened the year before.  ;D

Secure https urls are no longer needed or used on the CLC forum.

If you see a secure certificate error it is because you probably bookmarked the OLD url..

Example:

OLD URL:  https://forums.aaca.org
NEW URL:  http://forums.aaca.org

NOTE: The "s" from the url has been removed.

Yes, that is clear BUT you aren't noticing. The michelin.png file is still coming from the secure server. Some browsers just don't show the image. Others show an annoying error message every time a page is loaded and the server decides to show the michelin ad.
