GM did not share much between divisions back then and with 95% certainty, I can say no.  I worked on a 69 Olds 98 after working on many Cadillacs and if it did not say GM on it, might have thought it was from Ford or Chrysler, especially on the chassis, which was surprising.  Anyway best bet is contact Willington CAD in CT, USA Parts in WV, or Cadillac Tim in Iva, SC (google), and between the three of them you should be able to find one.  I would check it at next oil change and when correct known amount of oil is added the dip stick can be verified or marked as required to offer future accurate readings.

I have a replacement Mr Gasket #6237 http://shop.mr-gasket.com/engine-components-and-accessories/dipsticks/oil-dipstick-sb-chev-80-82.html and the diameter fits perfectly. The fill marks even match. Just use the stick and throw away the tube.

According to the Master Parts Book the oil dipstick was constantly changing. Measured from the top of the cap it shows the following in the 1969 Master Parts book with your particular year bolded:

1954-1956, 1958 (part # 146 1124) -------> 19 1/8" long measured from top of cap
1957 (part #146 6797) ---------------------> 22 1/8" long measured from top of cap
1959 to 1960 (part # 147 1857) -----------> 22 1/8" long measured from top of cap
1961 (part # 147 6467) --------------------> 22 3/4" long measured from top of cap
1962 ( part # 147 8343) -------------------> 22 1/8" long measured from top of cap
1963-1964; 1965-75 (part # 147 9722)-- > 20" long measured from top of cap
1965 exc 75; 1966 for 7/16" tube  (part # 148 2880) --------> 18" long measured from top of cap
1965, 1966, 1965 exc Eldo w 3/8" tube (part # 148 9443) --> 19" long measured from top of cap
1967 Eldo (part # 148 8157) --------------> 22 13/16" long measured from top of cap
1968-1969 exc Eldo (part # 148 9465) ---> 20 1/2" long measured from top of cap
1968-1969 Eldo (part # 148 9466) -------> 22 3/4" long measured from top of cap

For more details on the 1963-64, 65-75 dipstick I have noted the following specs if comparing to another dipstick:
The original dipstick is approx. 20" from the top of cap down to the tip.  If measuring from the bottom side of the cap you can subtract about 1/8" for a total of approx. 19 7/8". From bottom of cap, it is about 16 7/8” to the top ‘Full’ line and 17 3/4” to the ‘Add One Quart’ line.

I normally have these on hand as part of my side parts business but am out. If those previously mentioned do not have the dipstick you need shoot me an email to jasonedge@nc.rr.com and can put you down for one on my wait list. We also have several other parts suppliers listed up top on our 1963/64 Cadillac Chapter Parts page at www.parts.6364cadillac.com
