Great Customer Service

I bought four power window motors from Hydro-E-Lectric last winter. Once spring came, I started to install the motors. As I did so I realized that I needed adapters (GM 4999663) for the motors as the old perpendicular plugs in the car (a 1965 Cadillac) would not fit the parallel plugs on the new motors.

I called Hydro-E-Lectric for help, and they came to the rescue. The person I talked to said they might have some and sure enough they did. She said she would put them in the mail (at no charge). Today I received the adapters, for which I am very grateful.

Too often one hears of mediocre or non-extistent customer service -- my experience was totally the opposite.

I have dealt with them for years and always find them to be great.
Really know their stuff and willing to help when you need help.

They also had a booth at the CLC GN in Boston so they support our club too.

That's all well & good. But... they should  have KNOWN  those motors would not accept the 75 & earlier plugs.
