1970 Deville front air deflector question

I've attached pics of the old one.  It goes under the radiator (3 clips) and then there is a hole up front.  Where does it attach up front?  There was a hole in the bumper below the license plate, I assume it goes there with a bolt?

Yes the front hole is anchored in the bumper at center below plate as you show.  The reproductions don't seem to be long enough to reach the three holes in back though.  My car via temp gauge verification runs a little cooler when properly anchored at radiator and not anchored by front center hole.  Mine remains unattached at front.
