'66 Convertible jack storage

Would someone please post a pic of how the jack is stowed in a ’66 convertible. I’m guessing ’65-70 - are the same.

Is the lift hook attached to the jack rack (post) when stored? If not where does it go? The rear  end of the trunk cards, behind the taillight, has an upper and lower opening. Which in opening does the jack rack (post) belong?

Here is a photo from Matt Garrett's 66 that had 18k miles.  I think it is accurate.  Will post a clearer picture from my car later today. 

None of the owners materials or shop manuals I have seen show the configuration.  Might be in the Body Manual but not sure.
