I saw Ted's incredible collection back in June 1978 when he still lived and worked in Bayshore, NY.
Thirty-six years later, it seems he still shares the same affection for the most iconic of all Cadillacs.

Below are two pics Cadillacs my own collection. To my knowledge, neither car was owned by Ted. The half-top is a custom job wrongly attributed to Fisher Body Corp.; it was actually built in Baltimore by an amateur customizer, the late Gordon Glover (http://www.cadillacdatabase.org/Dbas_txt/Drm59.htm)

Is Ted a member of the club?  Where did he move the collection to?  I sold him a tri-power set up about 30 years ago at his Feed & Grain store in Bayshore when I was parting out 58 Cadillacs and bought one that had a 59 unit in the trunk.  Think I sold it to him for $300 and I was thrilled  back then...... :-\

Domer,
These photos have been floating around for some time, but I still get chills every time I see them.
Oh to have such a stash.
100 cars in any collection almost stops the heart.
But, 100 59 Cadillacs, I would need a super charged pacemaker.
Dirt and dust aside, what a magnificent collection.
Have fun,
Steve B.
