I'm looking for somebody in the Kansas City, MO area who may be able to help cure my 1980 Seville of it's bad behavior.
(Hot-start problems, holding idle in gear, stopping dead, etc)
Any suggestions would be great!

I’m not an expert on this year/model but that sounds like an Idle Air Control valve.  If that gets sticky it will cause those problems.
