I have 2 washer jars. One is 7" and the other is 8 1/2" which I was told is a 1959 jar.  So is the 7" jar correct for the 61 and the 8 1/2 is for a 1959?   Thanks Dave

I just measured the one in my 61- about 7 1/2" with the cover.
