I came across a crazy color combo. How rare is this?

I ran across a guy who wondered why his '57 CDV had the flattened "s" on the "C" pillar when the car was solid black. I looked up the colors and the car had been painted some color of medium or light blue and Mountain Laurel. (pink) So I told him he had a "Sky-Blue/Pink car. For you younger folk that was a post-war expression (WWII).
