1953 black bits, blue bits.

So the engine bits are back from the painter and i think some of the blue parts are black and black parts blue. Can we get some consensus?
Harmonic balancer.
Lower pulley.
Waterpump pulley.
Power steering pump brackets.
Generator adjustment bracket.

I can speak for a '49 (in CAPS) which has the same engine, though I won't comment on the power steering pump brackets since '49s didn't have PS.

Harmonic balancer.  BLUE
Lower pulley.  BLUE
Waterpump pulley. BLUE
Power steering pump brackets.  (Don't know as mentioned above.)
Generator adjustment bracket.  BLUE

Thanks for the replies guys. Yes, these are all the blue bits that ended up black.  So looks like I'll be repainting over the weekend.

What colour should the thermostat housing be ?
I'm finding it interesting that knowing how rare these vehicles are in Australia , that at this very moment there are two guys repainting 53 Cadillac engines on the opposite sides of the country . I bought my paint last week from a distributor who thought he would never sell a tin of Cadillac dark blue .

Thermostat housing blue. Yeah Kav, they are rare but there was a time when i had the only 53 Eldo in Oz. Then i had the only two. 10 years later there are more than a  dozen:'( here. . . Exclusivity is a club that everyone wants to belong to.
